In the interest of smooth operation
of the center to provide the best
possible care and safety, and ensure
good citizenship, the following policies
are in place:
Pick-up and drop:
• Children in Infant
and Young Toddler programs (6 months
to 2 yrs) are to be dropped and picked
up at their respective classrooms.
• Play-school (2 yrs to 3 yrs)
children are to be dropped and picked
up at the office.
• Pre-school (3 yrs to 5 yrs)
and after-school (up-to 8 years) children
are to be dropped at the gate and
picked up at the office.
• Pick-up is allowed only by
the child’s parents or their
authorized individuals.
• Please carry a government
issued photo ID while coming for pick
up and be ready to produce it on request.
Your child’s
comfort:
• Infants and Young Toddlers
should be sent to school in diapers.
Parents must also ensure adequate
diaper supplies are provided to school
at all times. Our teachers keep checking
frequently to ensure diapers are clean
and dry and change them regularly.
Potty training is started when we
assess the child to be ready.
• As little children are prone
to spills and accidents, we request
that parents keep 2 changes of clothes
in the school at all times.
• The school provides a healthy,
balanced and vegetarian meal plan.
For special dietary needs (including
baby formula, bottles and cereals
for all infants and young toddlers),
please ensure adequate supplies are
provided to the school.
• In the interest of keeping
the school safe from infections for
all children, the parents are requested
to not send their child to school
if she displays any of following symptoms:
1. Sore throat or cough
2. Runny nose
3. Aches in head or stomach
4. Any skin rashes
5. Upset stomach
6. Fever
If a child is found to be ill or have
any of the above symptoms, parents
will be requested to pick him up from
the school immediately.
Meetings and communication:
• You can meet the center director
/ your child's teacher on any working
day by prior appointment.
• Daily assessments will be
provided for infants and young toddlers.
• Quarterly assessments will
be provided for all children.
• You can also communicate by
e-mail at any time to resolve questions
or concerns.
• School tours are available
by prior appointment
• Parents of children less than
3 years of age are welcome to monitor
their children using our CCTV facility
during the settling in period.
• All registered parents can
create free IDs to our Your Child’s
World service to view their child’s
progress on the internet from anywhere
in the world. Parents are responsible
for the safekeeping of their passwords
to prevent unauthorized access to
this feature.
Fees payment:
• Tuition fees are to be paid
thrice in a year for four month trimesters.
• Tuition fees for a trimester
are to be paid before the start of
the trimester, failing which a late
fees of Rs 300 is payable.
• Failure to pay tuition fees
by the 5th day of the trimester will
result in inability to send child
to school till fees are paid.
General citizenship:
• When visiting the school for
pick-up, drop or any other purpose,
parents are required to park their
vehicle on the side of the road. Parents
need to ensure that the road does
not get blocked at any time because
of their vehicle.
• Parents are requested to refrain
from blowing horn in the school vicinity.
• Parents are requested to help
in maintaining a clean and healthy
environment inside the school and
in its surrounding community by displaying
model citizenship behavior.
