In the interest of smooth operation of the center to provide the best possible care and safety, and ensure good citizenship, the following policies are in place:

Pick-up and drop:

• Children in Infant and Young Toddler programs (6 months to 2 yrs) are to be dropped and picked up at their respective classrooms.

• Play-school (2 yrs to 3 yrs) children are to be dropped and picked up at the office.

• Pre-school (3 yrs to 5 yrs) and after-school (up-to 8 years) children are to be dropped at the gate and picked up at the office.

• Pick-up is allowed only by the child’s parents or their authorized individuals.

• Please carry a government issued photo ID while coming for pick up and be ready to produce it on request.

Your child’s comfort:

• Infants and Young Toddlers should be sent to school in diapers. Parents must also ensure adequate diaper supplies are provided to school at all times. Our teachers keep checking frequently to ensure diapers are clean and dry and change them regularly. Potty training is started when we assess the child to be ready.

• As little children are prone to spills and accidents, we request that parents keep 2 changes of clothes in the school at all times.

• The school provides a healthy, balanced and vegetarian meal plan. For special dietary needs (including baby formula, bottles and cereals for all infants and young toddlers), please ensure adequate supplies are provided to the school.

• In the interest of keeping the school safe from infections for all children, the parents are requested to not send their child to school if she displays any of following symptoms:

1. Sore throat or cough
2. Runny nose
3. Aches in head or stomach
4. Any skin rashes
5. Upset stomach

If a child is found to be ill or have any of the above symptoms, parents will be requested to pick him up from the school immediately.
