Sparrows is led by Ms. Medha Piplani. Medha is educated and trained in early childhood education at JSR College, Virginia, USA.

Working with Medha is a team of dedicated professionals. Our teachers are selected from a variety of educational backgrounds and experience. But they have one thing in common – love for children and a passion for their well-being. Whether they are new teachers or experienced ones, all of them have the experience of managing little children themselves and therefore know first hand their special needs.

Our professional staff undergoes extensive in-house training and ongoing coaching that gives them a thorough understanding of our philosophy, focus, curriculum, and standards, as well as, further enhances their childcare skills and awareness of child development issues.
